Mike is currently an instructor for Keigwins at the Track, California’s premiere trackday provider.

He trains with Doug Chandler every Tuesday and Thursday riding mountain bikes in order to stay in shape.

He is also a riding coach for Salinas High School Cowboys Mountain Bike Club.

  • Held AMA Pro License since 2002
  • 2012, Won the Formula 40 at the Inaugural Willow Springs Wild West Shootout presented by MotoYard, and finished 4th in the Expert class
  • 2010, Jan 16-17 – Won the Formula 40, WSMC Willow Springs Motorcycle Club
  • 2010, April 17-18 -  Finished 2nd place in the Formula 40, finished 3rd in the Modified Production class, WSMC Willow Springs Motorcycle Club
  • 2009, Won two first place finishes at the Laguna Seca “Uncorked” Event. Mike Martin, Elena Myers and Lenny Hale dominated the star-studded 2-day event. Mike Martin won both 1000cc races
  • 2008 second place in the Open Super Stock class – WSMC Willow Springs Motorcycle Club

This season I am planning to race the entire season with the American Federation of Motorcyclists “AFM Grand Prix Championship“. I plan to win several championships, Formula 40, and Open Pacific.


I also plan to compete at the Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix at Laguna Seca in Monterey, California in the Supersport class.
